The food here is second to none in ennis. Decor is fab. A lovely treat to come here. I try to visit once or twice a year, we have a chrristmas get together every year as the venue is central for all of us.
The hotel is located South of the Ennis town centre, in walking distance to all attractions, shopping, restaurants, pubs etc., about 30 minutes from Shannon Airport and 30 minutes from the Sea.

I was travelling alone and asked for a quiet room and was accommodated really well.
My room was lovely, overlooked the cathedral and was really quiet.
Bar food was good and room service was adequate. Breakfast was lovely and staff were welcoming and pleasant.More

I don't remember whether the beds were queen or double. It seems like they were queen because we had so much room, however, we found queen beds were not the norm in Ireland like they are in the US. Most beds were doubles and often a fold out couch was the '3rd bed.'
