Stayed in two different rooms here, both on nights when the nightclub was on, and both were equally dreadful—the bathroom counter in one looked like someone had been doing science experiments on it, it was so discolored. The staff was as nice as could be, but they're at a huge disadvantage given that the music from the nightclub can be...

The best of this hotel is its central location in Ennis. Otherwise the hotel is shabby, but the rooms are spacious and good for an overnight. No wi fi in the rooms. But a complementary coffee maker with instant coffee, milk and tea was available in the room.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had really good time. Food not the best but staff very good. Very central for Ennis night life and bar staff very nice and welcoming. The rooms are what you pay for a little above basic but were very clean. For location they get 10 out of 10.

Stayed at the Queens for two nights with 5 friends. Location is incredible with staff very helpful. A couple of gripes: The hotel should really have arranged some sort of deal with county council staff over discounted parking for guests. An extra expense that isn't really advertised by the hotel on booking. The food in the bar/restaurant on Friday night...

We stayed here just the other night. There was no heating in the room and when we rang to enquire the girl apologised and told us it had been switched off due to maintenance. We were advised how to turn it back on, which it did, but for maybe an hour max! Slept in a freezing cold room with two...

We've just had my sister’s hen weekend in Ennis and stayed at The Queens. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough – it’s in a great location in Ennis town. The staff both in reception and in the bar are professional, beyond helpful, patient and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the bath towels are large...
