First off, the staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. They even went out their way to contact us to let us know that on the Saturday night they had an engagement party and that it might get a bit loud. Unfortunately the rooms aren't as nice as the pictures portray and ours was very...

Last minute booking for an overnight pit stop on our way to Glencoe for a few days. Arrived after midnight and shown to our room by the night staff. Comfortable nights sleep and amazing shower in the morning followed by a delicious breakfast served by the Happy, Helpful "Fake Ginger Waitress" Lucy

Really good hotel and extra friendly staff! The Sunday lunch is a must and breakfast was lovely too. Very clean with comfy beds and fluffy towels. Lucy was fab with the kids and there was a bouncy castle which was a welcome surprise for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked to stay here on a stop off to break up the journey to the highlands to visit family. In essence we just wanted a. Ed for the night but what we got was so much more. What can I say? This hotel is an absolute gem. Beautiful Hotel which is stylishly decorated whilst still maintaining its Scottish charm....

It lacked the basics such as a hairdryer and to remote. The room also had no sound proofing so you could hear everything happening nearby and...

We were supposed to be staying over night on the boat. But as it was 2oC outside we phoned the hotel and book a room initially for two nights but the weather on the Saturday was no better. When we booked we were told that there were weddings on both nights. No problem. We had a warm comfortable room with...
