Very poor on site service as no staff on site for guests who are noisy and disruptive, drunken antics, play fighting, shouting, singing, playing music, banging on walls, falling against the walls and shouting about having wet the bed from 12pm - 9.30 am!! Staff say 'We can't legislate for guests.' We say you can provide a night porter! We...

Needed to book a room for 2 nights quite last minute when attending my friend's wedding this weekend. This place was well positioned, plenty of parking and low cost. As a result there were a few tell tale signs: on a dual-carriageway so obvious road noise (did not stop me from having 2 good night's sleep), tired but functional facilities,...

Very clean B&B. Room nice with ample space & the staff when we checked in where very friendly & helpful. We flew in from Spain & needed an overnight stop so we could attend a friends wedding along the road. I would of rated it higher but we felt that only serving breakfast until 9am on a Sunday (nobody mentioned...

Disappointed to be told on arrival the restaurant was closed in October but we could order a 'take away' and eat in the bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and good size. Breakfast more than adequate with good choice. Good place to stay as you arrive in Scotland before travelling on to the west coast.

We flew into Glasgow on October 6, 2016, rented a car and couldn't get out of Glasgow fast enough. We found this hotel when we were ready to stop for the night. We were given room 10. The room was adequate and clean. When we turned the light out, my husband immediately felt something touch his leg. He turned the...

Right in front of a busy road; with the curtains close you were still feeling the car lights iluminating the room. If that was not enough noise the toilet tank was sounding randombly the whole time really high. -Avoid room 17- Staff nice but the owner extremely unpolite. We request a late queck out, the receptionist went to ask him...

This HOTEL is ideally placed to visit the GLENCOE, LOCH LOMOND and FIRTH OF CLYDE, Region. With two hours drive you are within reach of these areas and on the edge of Glasgow Region. The price of Bed/Breakfast, in good quality ROOMS is very reasonable compared to other in this region. This is a smallish Hotel and booking would be...

Surprisingly wonderful family-owned hotel, the location is excellent just a handful of miles from Loch Lomond and the sea lochs, it's on the main road but feels an oasis of calm. Good price, excellent breakfast, very personal service with a feel of a large B&B rather than a hotel. Loved it

So disappointed with our 2 night stay at the Milton Inn Hotel. We booked this inn as we were visiting family in Dumbarton, on Bookings.com it looked nice, good fully stocked bar, nice pub seating areas and the rooms looked clean and comfortable. Three days before we arrived I got an email to say they were no longer serving food,...
