We were on a Lochs and Glens coach trip, our first room was located up four flights of stairs, we did get moved as after one trip up and down to find suitcase I could not breathe. We were moved to a lower floor only one flight, we managed that fine. I dont know if there is any information that...

Visited using Lochs & Glens holiday. 5day/4nights. Started well and just got better. Collected by coach driver Steve Mackie and was looked after by him for all the trip.
