Food was cold and terrible, I couldn't have a shower as water only had a slight heat in it, when i phoned reception they told me too many people had showered at same time??? Can't even get a decent cup of tea for breakfast. Won't be back!

My family and I stayed here so we could see the Commonwealth games in Glasgow. The owners didn't inflate their prices as so many Glasgow hotels seem to have done and were pleasant, welcoming and very obliging. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the breakfast was cooked to order and filled us all up...

Lovely little guest house, very friendly and welcoming! Bedrooms and en suite have everything you need, including an incredibly comfortable bed! Guest house in a good location for walking to the town centre or seafront. Lovely and pleasant stay, would stay again :-)

The guest house is well situated and has good parking. Room was small which was suitable for short period and could be warmer. The ensuite was small but had access to large communal bathroom. Friendly staff. Needs notice to pay by card,breakfast times fixed

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding, warm and welcoming arrival, charming rooms, very clean, excellent food and coffee. More comfortable then my own bed at home! What a lovely place to stay. My husband and I loved it and would stay again in a heart beat!
