We booked a suite and on inital apperance it looked OK. We were diappointed when we found a half drunk bottle of champagne in the fridge. It was later when we found underwear in the rooom, maybe linked to the champagne? It was late so we did not request to move. We pointed out the failings in the morning to...

Fantastic hotel with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was great and the evening a la carte meal was superb. Our rooms overlooked the golf course and miles beyond - open the window at night and listen to the sound of silence. Truly breathtaking. We will certainly return to this hotel.

Service first class, all staff extremely courteous and professional. GM lead from the front and was charming. Afternoon tea on arrival was much improved on previous Year. Lovely Menu, food well presented, served hot which is not always the case when dealing with a fairly large function. Disco and MC great fun. There was a limited wine list however when...

Saw in the new year at this location and had a two day stay. The location has fabulous views and great walks. The rooms we had were on the ground floor and were fresh and well decorated. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Their whole attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was just amazing in...

What a fabulous 2 day eating fest!!. We arrived on 31st December and allocated our room. It wasn't the largest room, but had everything we needed. We had afternoon tea included in our package, and i managed two pots of tea, and the sandwiches and cakes were unrestricted. We then had a drink in the cocktail lounge beside the fireplace...

Attended the New Years celebrations with two other couples. From the moment we arrived the atmosphere was very good. Champagne and Canapés to start, piped through to our tables where we were served a five course meal followed by coffee and Petit Fours. The meal was a set menu but they catered for someone like me who does not eat...

We always like going here. The hotel manages to exude a relaxed, informal, calm yet organised and attentive atmosphere. The room we stayed in had a great view across the glen. Very good size. Breakfast was lovely and dinner in the Old Masters restaurant was just superb. OK some of the areas and the bedroom maybe need a bit of...

I was running late and likely to be arriving close to the restaurant closing time so called ahead and was relieved to be told that of course they would let the chef know. Now sitting replete I can recommend the seafood bisque and lovely rib eye steak. Stayed many times for work and always been a similarly warm welcome and...

A secluded location in the hills above Scone, this hotel looks quite idyllic in first approach. Robert the check-in/concierge was extremely helpful. Thank goodness for him. What let it down is attention to detail: Light bulbs that had blown, room phone that was disconnected, no help with baggage ... details that make the difference, oh and a manager who obviously...
