No hassle with check in. Visited the bar for a swift half and our cases were outside the room. When we entered our room there was a very strong smell of paint, upon enquiringly at reception we were informed that it was repainted at the beginning of December and we could be relocated should we want. We did manage to...

Booked this with Shearings in December. Hotel in the process of being refurbished. A little disiruption from the builders, but nice to see up grades taking place. Food was average, but good value for the low price we paid. Room was clean comfortable and spacious. Pool area and sauna was a bonus. Staff were hard working and polite. No complaints....

Atmospheric with complete with creaky floor boards and in house museum.A great experience Only criticism I would have is the choice of morning papers.Daily Fail,Gaurdian etc.wheres Scotlands national paper?

Hi, sorry you were not thrilled with the entertainment we had on offer for you. Entertainment can be a difficult thing to balance and satisfy everyone but I believe the mixture for NYE was very good. We had a traditional Scottish folk singer to start proceedings, a piper to pipe for you, a very able and talented singer to generate...
