Booked last minute and did not arrive until 9pm but received a very warm welcome and provided with on-site parking for my large van. My double room was on the ground floor with a nice, modern en-suite. The bed was very comfortable and the decorations pleasant. The free Wi-Fi was fast and easy. A lovely breakfast served with a smile...

I have only positive things to say about this B&B. Modern, clean, comfortable, well furnished, great facilities, great location and wonderful breakfast. There is even a residents' lounge with a fridge, books, telly, coffee etc although you also have coffee/tea and telly in the room. Simply a brilliant stay and we will be using his B&B for our business travellers...

Wonderfull, warm hosts Alasdair and Suzie. Very clean, fresh and neatly decorated B&B, and you were supplied with any amanities you could wish for. Newly restored fresh bathroom. Chatting with the landlords, while eating their most tastfully English breakfast, made wonderfull starts of the days. They'd love give you any tip or suggestions of where to have dinner or sight...

Right as we came, the owner-Alister greeted us and without even asking gave us a map of Perth and explained us places of interests in the town. The room was nice, exactly like in the photos, it had a kettle, 3 cups, milk coffee, tea, hot choc, 3 types of cookies. Also there was a hair dryer (That we didn't...

Stayed here over the weekend of the British Open at St Andrews 2015. Alasdair was really welcoming and recommended and excellent Indian restaurant in Perth town centre which is a 10 minute walk. The room was comfy and warm with everything needed, and breakfast was served when we wanted it (at 6.30am). That was also really nice. Would definitely stay...

Recently had the good fortune to stay at Scotia BnB in Perth. Pre-arrival communication was great, and Alasdair greeted us warmly upon arrival. He also took time to review our next day's itinerary, and gave good advice on potential adjustments to our plan, and suggested points of interest. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding, and provided us with great energy...

Host, Alasdair, is very friendly and points out many places to dine in the main town area. Room is comfortable but more thorough cleaning is required. Breakfast is good. Car parking is available in front of porch.
