This is the 3rd year we have stayed with Alistair and Suzie. Our son and fiancé came with us this year. Lovely and clean, no hassles, great breakfast and nothing is ever a problem if you need something. Highly recommend for one night or 14 well worth the stay.

Excellent place to stay lovely clean room with en suite everything you could possibly need tv kettle coffee tea etc.Very warm friendly welcome by Alistair lovely use of a front room with tv books kettle microwave fridge.Breakfast was lovely was offered cearals but just had the lovely cooked breakfast and tea., freash fruit and yogurts were on the table too.Absolutely...

We were visiting Perth for the Festival of the Arts and stayed here for 4 nights based on other Trip Advisor reviews. We are so glad we did. The location was great - a 10 minute walk into the city with loads of good restaurants and the concert hall. The room was good - clean and comfortable with en suite...

An excellent b b run by the most helpful people ever first class breakfast clean well equipped rooms if you need an outstanding b b look no further a 5 minutes walk to perth town centre and easy access to all the major main roads

This is a lovely place to stay. Susie and Alistair are super friendly and helpful and have put serious thought and effort into providing a comfortable, welcoming guest house. I arrived quite late on a Saturday night, but was greeted by my Christian name by the very friendly owner. Although it was a freezing cold night in Scotland, my room was warm and comfortable with a good bed. The bathroom was very clean and modern with a good shower. I stayed here on Dec 1st 2015 for one night. Room was on the ground floor, I think number 6. Because of this there was a fair amount of talking outside my bedroom door both prior to 06:30 and after 10pm at night and some door noise and door bell. This and the fact I was kept awake by something...

Have stayed here a few times now and have to say it is a marvellous place. Rooms are absolutely spotless and the breakfast is excellent. Always a nice welcome and very accommodating if you need to check in out with normal times. All in all top notch spot.
