Had a fantastic spacious room upstairs with a four poster bed. Felt like a suite. Staff great and nice to have bar and restaurant. Close to city shopping. Not much parking space. Tight but got last one at the time. Would stay here again definitely. Look out for one way systems as lots in the city. Nearly came a cropper!

I was transferred here when my original hotel in Perth was over booked, I was not disappointed. Staff friendly,Room large and very clean. The food was amazing, I chose to have a high tea. Now I've never experienced a high tea and believe me they made an experience for me to remember, the food was tasty with lots of choice. I...

The Royal George is a traditional hotel on walking distance of the city centre and the theater. Located very near to the centre but very quiet all the same. Parking can be a bit of a problem. The rooms are very spacious, beds ok. The wooden floors are somewhat noisy, especially in the large staircase Very nice, large, clean bathroom....

The large lounges and meeting spaces in this hotel are comfortable with stunning views across the River Tay. The corridors and rooms were clean, tidy and smartly decorated with tasteful touches. My room had a lovely large shower, and good furnishings. A comfortable bed and double glazed windows made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious with good, freshly...

The Royal George is an attractive old building with some cozy charm such as tartan carpets, a clubby bar, and a lovely dining room overlooking the Tay River. However, if you need amenities of comfort, you shoud try somewhere else. When we arrived, we passed the hotel several times and could not find the car park- no signs. We tried...

Stayed here for a night. The hotel is nicely located in Perth and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom recently redone (although there was no place to hang your towel?) and the bed was really comfortable. The building is older so the walls are a bit thin but not to an overwhelming extent. The hallway...

The Royal George hotel is a 300 year hotel standing alongside the river Tay. Having booked a mini suite through booking.com I was eagerly awaiting the trip to Perth for my husband's birthday. When we arrived we parked in the rather limited car park (can't always get in) and booked in. I was informed that our suite was on the...

After deciding to take a late break away, my partner and i chose this hotel to stay at for 1 of our 2 nights away. My partner having already attended his daughters wedding there 4 years ago, he noticed significant changes and upgrades to the hotels interior decor. our room was spacious and comfortable with the most loveliest of views,...

We were touring Scotland with no set plan as to where to stay. We spent some time driving round Perth before we spotted this hotel which met all our requirements. There was secure (and free) private parking, a warm welcome at reception and a very reasonably priced and comfortably large room with four-poster bed. The hotel is centrally located with...
