When we booked through Expedia we were told breakfast was included and we had to pay for the 1st morning. The 2nd morning we went elsewhere for breakfast and they still tried to charge us for both days. The room was very small and 'dated' (and by that I don't mean old...I love old buildings and homes because they have...

I was here for a conference and based in this hotel for my 3 days in Perth. The hotel is centrally located and within short walking distance from the bus station in the city centre. Overall, the room is comfortable and the hotel staffs are generally very friendly. The wasn't a kettle when I checked in, but they instantly got...

Stayed in mercury hotel Perth for 1 night, definitely not be back, woke up just after midnight with the floor boards creaking as the guest above wandered back and forward for what seemed a couple of hours, finally the creaking stopped but then heard the snoring, didn't sleep for rest of the night. Got up and went down for breakfast,...

Just don't stay, there was a fight in a hotel room by a bunch of teenagers that sidnt even have a room booked. It also took at least 3 phone calls from different rooms before they even began to deal with this. Rooms are horrible, dirty, tiles broken, although I had 2 ironing boards. I was going to recommend this...

Stayed here for two nights whilst attending a wedding, in a different venue. Stepping into this hotel was like turning the clock back to the eighties, and not in a good way. Whilst this hotel is clean, comfy bed with nice linen and towels, it is so dated. Bathroom tiles are jaded and mismatched and grout should be replaced, huge...

Stayed here for 2 nights Friday/Saturday 14/15 April. Lovely central located hotel. car Parking can be a bit hit or miss, i was fortunate enough to get a space in the car park across road. Some guests not so lucky. Check In was friendly and efficient. Room was adequate for our stay. Staff in Brasserie are very friendly and efficient....

Short and sweet...........apart from the general run-downness of this hotel and the ridiculously expensive/poor value restaurant if you have mobility problems then you should look elsewhere. A wheelchair user will find a chair lift to take you up 6 steps to access the bedrooms however the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is up two flights of steep stairs along with...

A very nice hotel in downtown Perth. It's within easy walking distance of numerous pubs, restaurants, the river and a large park. It was formerly a mill, and there are several old items on display in the lobby area.
