Beds comfy, modern bathroom, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, ample parking, great view from the lounges and restaurant (some rooms too) WiFi can be a bit iffy but that's not why you go to the Highlands. Taxi to the town for £6ish and reception happy to book one for you Our room...

This hotel actually exceeded my expectations. On the main road on the way into Fort William this hotel is easy to find and in a convenient location for the Nevis range, Glen Nevis and Glencoe. Our room was a family room, spacious and clean. Decent enough facilities, bathroom was lovely and modern. Lovely shower however no bathtub which would have...

Accommodation was top quality, very comfortable and spacious room. If you get a chance to chose, a lot of rooms had balconies. The bar was very well stocked and a great range of whiskeys...

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very good location near lake Loch Linnhe, good meal in local restaurant, breakfast and dinner too. A bit longer trip to the centre of town. Very Interesting design of tap in the room.

Booked on Booking.com a 2night stay. Lots of good reviews, however, double room provided (No. 8) first night had awful damp smell. Very unpleasant. Complained, as we could not bear the smell - we were advised that it was a "budget" room!! We were relocated to upstairs triple room. More spacious. Next night we were relocated again to a more...

All I can say is it's ok the staff are nice but the room is very basic and not what it looked like on the website We won't be going back to this hotel unless I was guaranteed a better room with a better view Very disappointing considering it was supposed to be a honeymoon
