Stayed here mid December, cold wet windy but so comfy in hotel and rooms. Efficient housekeeping, friendly professional staff where nothing is too much trouble and everything done with a smile. Excellent value for money, free parking on site is a bonus, and just a step out to high street leading to train journeys, museum visit, gallery shopping, shoe shopping!...

We stayed here October 14, 2 nights dinner B&B. Food excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. This visit was spur of the moment and really good. Room was spacious however at the front of hotel opposite Royal Mail depot so a little noisy early morning but not too distracting and did not detract from our overall visit. We caught...

Arriving on the train on a cold and wet evening this hotel is easy walking distance from the station. Lovely warm welcome from the staff with efficient check in. The room was small but very comfortable with everything one needed for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast with gluten free toast was a surprise in this smallish town. I would recommend this...

We stayed in the Best Western Imperial Hotel on our way through to Skye, and were very please with out stay. They featured a nice small bar/restaurant downstairs. Parking was a bit poor, and there was no elevator, but those were minor. The breakfast in the morning was good too. Room was spacious and warm during the cold weather.

From the entrance looks like a good hotel. After you have paid in advance at the front desk telling us that there is the elevator and even a service luggage. The narrow stairs and awkward , we come to the room that is as small as a closet . But clean. During the evening we had dinner with a guy who...

Traveling to Knoydart, needed to break the car journey up with a night in Fort William. Just from reviews decided on the Imperial ad-hoc. Arrived a hour early for check-in (2.00.pm) reading that parking can be a problem we asked to park car on arrival. They where quite happy but was a little surprised no offer to check- in early....
