We stayed in one of the self catering apartments at Balcarres. Small kitchen which was well equipped, double bedroom with ensuite toliet and shower and a decent sized living room with large flat screen TV and DVD. Clean and tidy and great view. Located within a reasonable walking distance from the town centre. There are washing facilities in the garage...

Where do I start! 1) Immaculate, clean and comfortable. 2)Great Location - walking distance to town or fantastic roads to explore. 3)Although you stay within a building, it's so private - help is available if you need it. If you don't, you're left alone. 4)The best towels ever! Sounds mad - hotel towels are normally naff. These ones are fluffy...

Spent 3 nights in the self catering section. It is centrally located and was perfect for us as a base to visit nearby attractions. Free parking was included. The place was clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We had free wifi, albeit a wee bit slow and a large TV. Last but not least, we had a view of...

Location is good, about a 5 minute drive away from Fort William high street. The guesthouse is located on a hill which provides fantastic views of Loch...

Stopped here one night on the way back from Outer Hebrides. Arrived after 9pm which wasn't a problem for host Mike. Clean rooms, great Scottish breakfast (with full cream porridge), fantastic view from the dining room. Only 10 mins walk to town centre.
