Hosts were very friendly. Location is convenient to downtown. We were in the room at the front of the house so could hear the traffic on the busy road. Ask for a room at the back of the house if you are a light sleeper.

The final B+B we stayed in after finishing walking the Great Glen Way. After the final 20 miles we couldn't have asked for any more comfort. Huge en-suite room upstairs. Bed was very comfortable and what we needed for a good nights sleep. The following morning a fantastic breakfast was served anda very helpful Michelle helped us book bus tickets...

Awesome place to stay. Fantastic location. Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic people. I can't recommend this place enough. I had some wonderful conversations with the owners and they were very helpful in helping me understand how to navigate this wonderful little city.

Our hosts, Brian & Michelle obviously enjoy meeting new people & making them feel welcome. They were a fountain of information on where to go to in Inverness & further afield. Our room was very spacious & comfortable. A very modern & clean bathroom. Walking distance to a number of pubs for an ale or a meal. The breakfast offering was...

This is an extremelly nice BB. I stayed here with my wife for one night. The room was rather large, very clean and confortable. The breakfast (included in the price) was very generous and there were several options. Of course you can probably find better hotels in Inverness, but not at this price (very good relation quality/price).

Lynver is without doubt an absolute gem of a guest house. Michelle and Brian are fantastic hosts and very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, the huge bed was so comfortable and there was everything you could ever possibly need. Their attention to detail is incredible and you can see their passion for what they do in everything in the...

We were warmly greeted by Brian on arrival and taken to our room downstairs at the front of the house. He made us feel very welcome and made several recommendations for dinner offering to make reservations if we wanted him to. The room was large and had a double sized shower which was very welcome and some excellent toiletries were...

Great place to stay when travelling in/around Inverness. Located only a short walk away from the downtown area, we were able to walk from the train station while carrying our packs in only about 10 minutes. The hosts were wonderful, sharing tips about great restaurants to visit and things to do around town. Our plan was to hike along Loch...
