Once again Mrs Gordon made our stay an absolute delight. The house is a delight. The breakfasts are outstanding and very filling! This is definitely a guest house to recommend. It is situated on a quiet road but only a ten minute walk to the city centre where there is a wide choice of restaurants.

"Agnes!? That's the most Scottish name ever! She made that up when she started the B&B!" So said our new friend Graham, the Scottish golf caddy, in the Highlands as he handed me another Scotch whisky. We checked into the Sunnyholm upon arriving in Inverness and our hostess, the little old Scottish grandmother named Agnes, was wonderfully friendly and helpful....

We travelled as 2 couples, and we had pre booked Sunnyholm Guest House prior to our arrival. Agnes, the proprietor is a lovely lady who is very anxious to make her guest s feel at home. The rooms are purpose built in an annexe, and have all the facilities required for a stay. There is a large conservatory at the...

We stayed at Sunnyholm for three days and found it to be convenient lodgings. It was just a short walk to downtown Inverness. Agnes was most hospitable and obliging. Although the room was small, it was adequate for us, and there was a conservatory where one could enjoy the lovely garden.

We stayed at Sunnyholm at the end of August. From the first contact through email to our departure, Agnes was warm, friendly, helpful, informative, and inviting. Traveling as a group of 5 (4 adults, 1 child), we reserved two rooms. The rooms are small, especially when one has a cot, but they are clean and equipped with all that is...

We enjoy staying at quiet Sunnyholm (this is our third visit) because of its close proximity to the CBD, Agnes's hospitable and kindly approach to her guests and the opportunity to spread out either in the sitting room or lounge room-the guest rooms are petite. Generous breakfasts are served in another room that holds separate tables set for two. Free...

Well, we really dropped lucky here! This is a little gem. A beautiful house in a quiet part of town yet near enough to the centre. Mrs Gordon is the perfect host. She made us very welcome. The breakfast lasted us until late into the afternoon! We will be visiting again next year and this time we will book early...

Mrs Gordon makes guests feel so welcome you don't feel you are in someone else's home. She is a lovely host. Very comfortable spotless rooms, truly home-cooked breakfasts offering great choice. Sunnyholm is well situated to walk to the city centre or to enjoy the lovely riverside for as far as you like to walk. Mrs Gordon does not disappear...

This is a lovely B&B, close to the city centre & all local attractions. The proprietor, Mrs Gordon is a very welcoming & accommodating host. The rooms were spotless & the breakfast fantastic, hence why we have stayed twice. This is a great place to stay on a visit to Inverness.
