My husband and 2 sons stayed here for a couple of nights. Although we arrived late, Agnes welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was delicious and John helped us plan the next leg of our trip. The sitting room which was overlooking the beautiful garden was very comfortable and pleasant to rest and stay...

My colleagues and I stayed here off and on for several months during a work contract and it quite literally became our home away from home. Agnes made sure we had everything we needed, even serving our breakfasts early to accommodate our work schedule and by the time we left she knew our breakfast orders by heart. In my opinion,...

Very comfortable, clean and homely, lovely to sit in the conservatory and relax. Our hostess,Agnes, was very friendly and obliging and breakfast was lovely. Great to have the wifi password prominently placed, rather than having to ask.

The place is nice and cosy. There is an amazing garden with a veranda where you can chill out. The food is delicious and homemade. Agnes is so friendly and gentle, and tries to help you the best way possible with anything you ask. Highly recommended.

Our group of 4 especially liked staying at Sunnyholm on our trip to Scotland. Agnes and David, our hosts, were inviting and thoughtful. Their house was immaculate and lovely and within walking distance to downtown. The sunny sitting room was wonderful. If we could give them a higher rating, we would!

We stayed two nights in July of 2016. We had the back two bedrooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and plenty to get us through a day of touring the area. David was very helpful in suggesting local dinner options and helped us plan a day trip to several memorable locations. Angus is delightful and made...

We only spent one night here, but would have loved to stay longer – the bedrooms were spotless and very comfortable, there is a spacious conservatory for guest use and a large garden and the breakfast was excellent. It's located in a quiet residential area, but is only 10 minutes' walk from the city centre with a wide selection of...
