This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The value is excellent, the owners are incredibly welcoming, and the area is lovely. Located just outside of town, the location is a perfect mix of rural with urban access, with an almost straight shot to the airport, although you'd never know it. Despite being a small bed and breakfast,...

Lovely family friendly run Bed and Breakfast, stunning views from your room and breakfast conservator, only 5 minutes from Culloden battle field museum and 10-15 drive to Inverness, lots of little things that make your stay welcoming, silly things, like, bottled water, first aid kit, toiletries & hair drier, will use again when in this area

My cousin & I had spent several beautiful days on the Isle of Iona before taking 2 ferries, 3 buses, & a taxi to reach this B&B on July 21. The taxi from the train station in Inverness cost around 11 GBP and took about 10 min. to reach the B&B. Check in is between 4-6 & as we arrived...

We spent a night at the farm as we were due to pick up family from Inverness airport. Our room had excellent views of the viaduct & open fields, it was very clean & comfortable with a good sized ensuite. Excellent choice for breakfast which was served in the lovely conservatory with a beautiful view. There was plenty of tea...

We had a lovely stay at Leanach farm. We stayed in a room at the back (3 perhaps?) which had good views although the bed was a little on the small side. Our friends were in a larger room with a good sized bed. The ensuite shower was excellent, and the rooms in general were very clean and well presented....

Recently I had the pleasure of spending three nights in the Leanach Farm B&B. The accommodations were excellent and the location was ideal. Only a few miles from Inverness and one mile from the Culloden battlefield with easy access to all other sites including a restaurant within walking distance that served very good food. The atmosphere was friendly and the...

We were on our way back from the Highlands, and chose Leanach Farm to enjoy one more night in the country before heading to Edinburgh. It really feels quite remote, even though Inverness is just 10 minutes away. Perfectly located for a morning visit to Culloden Battlefield. Though we never found the pub down the road, we enjoyed our evening...

A one night stopover with an early start only let me enjoy the conservatory view briefly but this is a comfortable B&B in the countryside. Comfortable rooms with the facilities that you need for a pleasant stay. Green fields, sheep and horses are your neighbours - a lovely change from city life. As other reviewers have mentioned the pub up...

Could only get one night's stay at Leanach Farm, would have liked another night! Location was excellent, very close to Culloden Battlefield which was of particular interest. Little pub down the road was excellent for meals,The Culloden Moor Inn. The breakfast was excellent, we were able to see the working sheep dogs in action whilst eating breakfast, breakfast was in...

Two nights at Leanach Farm was soooo lovely. The location was excellent, a very short drive from Inverness, Nairn and Elgin. While enjoying the excellent breakfast in the conservatory, we looked out over the pasture, the Culloden viaduct, and a lovely green expanse; surrounded by sheep, cattle and horses in beautiful pastureland. We were able to see a demonstration by...
