On booking Hazel had a helpful manner, her reception warm and welcoming. The family room we'd booked was clean and comfortable and included an in room washbasin. The shared bath toilet and shower facilities were all clean and well functioning. Hazel offered a choice of breakfast options the cooked element was tip top. My sister and I were instantly greeted by the warm and lovely Hazel, who immediately made us feel welcome. It was a very comfortable stay: the amenities were clean and well-maintained, a close walk to the city centre, not to mention we enjoyed Hazel's delicious traditional Scottish breakfast. Highly recommended!

The host Hazel, is the most warm and lovely woman I've ever met during my 10-days stay in U.K. I even took her picture at check out so I won't forget about her. Cozy lounge, delicious breakfast.. I wish I could have stayed there a couple of nights more (I only stayed one night). Definitely recommend!

Nice and clean rooms, very reasonable price for the area of Inverness, great view and pretty central location, 5 min walk from the center of the town and the main shopping places. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Very recommended.

Having stayed with Hazel at Braeside B&B from a young age (almost 20 years now) my family and I would not stay anywhere else in Inverness. Hazel, the owner, is so welcoming and kind - no request is ever ignored and no question is left unanswered. Staying at the B&B is like going home - a warm, comfortable living room...

I only stayed one night here as part of a Rabbie's tour. (It's probably a good indication that the tour company book this accommodation!). Hazel was very welcoming, and was there to greet me with a big smile when I arrived. She runs a lovely neat and tidy place. The sitting room had traditional decor, and tea and coffee facilities...

When we arrived Hazel was already waiting for us and gave us a very warm welcome. She shortly explained everything we need to know about the lovely B&B and how to get to the city centre. The B&B is perfectly located, it just takes 5 minutes to the city centre. The room was very clean and comfy, there was some...

A great big thank you to the lovely Hazel at Braeside Guest House. This little gem in the centre of Inverness offers all the comforts of home, the room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nothing short of awesome. I'm certain to return to Braeside Guest House if ever I'm travelling through Scotland again....

What a lovely stay I had in this gorgeous Bed and Breakfast. The owner Hazel was so warm and friendly that I felt like I've known her for years. Her rooms were immaculate, warm and cosy. The Lounge gave off the feel of my own living room and the breakfast served to me the next day was beyond delicious. Hazel...
