Recently had the opportunity to visit Inverness again,my first choice was the Ness Guest House and it certainly ticked all the right boxes, superb clean and comfortable rooms,a fantastic breakfast selection and all within an easy 5 minute walk of the town centre. Thanks again Richie and Susan.

This was my first time visiting Inverness and this is the only place I want to stay when I visit again. The house is beautifully decorated and very central. Richard and Susan are very helpful and lovely and told me a lot about the nearby area and they offer a delicious breakfast. I can't wait to come back!

A nice traditional house perfectly located next to the city centre. The river Ness is only a few minutes walk. The room is just perfect, the owners really look at the details. Even the mailing after the stay are very professional. Parking is conveniently located next to the house.

She even had her own map produced for guests which made getting around so easy. Room was lovely and bathroom new. Bathroom was small but made good use of space and it wasn't...

Very pleasant stay in a thoroughly enjoyable town. Susan's map, along with her comments, led us to several very good restaurants and pubs. Breakfasts were warm and filling and the bed was fine. The walk down into the town center is pleasant via the Stephens Brae.

The Ness Guest House is a clean and comfy B&B located conveniently to the large pedestrian street that constitutes downtown Inverness.
