Have just completed a delightful stay at this small guesthouse right by the River Ness, in what I suspect is about the best location in the Highlands' capital. David and Judith are a lovely host and hostess who go out of their way to make your feel welcome and do all they can to make your stay pleasurable. The breakfast...

We stayed for two nights. The guest house is really well located, looking out over pretty River Ness and being on a quiet street while still being less than 200 metres from the city centre. The hosts were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Being able to leave bags at the house on checkout day was very useful....

Most rooms in this B&B look out on the Ness River (room #3 where I stayed does). It is nearly across the river from Eden Court Theater - a lovely place for arts and movies. Can walk to/from the train station with rolling luggage (if not raining) in 10-12 minutes. Think European rooms sizes (smaller) due to the historic building....

This comfortable guest house has a great location, about a block from the castle, right on the river. It is right on the Great Glen Way. The proprietor is great. He is very friendly and super helpful. The wifi was adequate. The room was spartan, but comfortable. Not all rooms are ensuite. Ours was, but the bathroom was the smallest...

Ness Bank boasts an idyllic view of the Cathedral across the River Ness and a convenient location just down the hill from Inverness Castle. It is a quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance from the city centre. My room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. The breakfast room is a fine place for birdwatching as well as eating.

My family and I enjoyed a wee stay here in August and really liked it. The location is very good as it is by the banks of the River Ness and the town centre is five minutes walk away. You will also receive a parking permit if required. The house is simple but very clean and the hosts are a...

My room was comfortable and quiet. The B&B is located in a nice area on the bank of the river Ness just a few minutes walk from the city center. My room had a nice view of the Ness. David was an excellent host. Thanks for a great stay in Inverness.

David, our host, was extremely kind and helped to make our stay very pleasant--gave us great recommendations for nearby amenities and restaurants, organized a taxi early in the morning, and provided delicious breakfasts and help with heavy luggage. Delighted with our ensuite, lovely views of the River Ness, and access to central Inverness as well as a perfect 20-mile running...
