My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in this glorious hidden abode of comfort and care, and were thoroughly spoilt by our host's attentiveness and excellent breakfast and advice. The coffee was the best we had in Scotland. Absolute quietness guaranteed and so close to all of the Black Isle and Inverness.

Thank you very much for writing such nice words about your stay at Craigiewood. It was a pleasure to be able to feed you breakfast, advice and coffee! I am also so glad that you had such a beautiful day to drive the 'west loop' plus taking a photograph of ghostly apparitions!! With best wishes to you both.

Now, I do mean hidden and I do mean 'gem'. Without our hostess's detailed instructions us Aussies would never have found it and we did still managed to go the wrong way a couple of times. Put it down to our inability to follow instructions. Craigiewood is on the other side of Inverness across the Kessock Bridge over the Moray...

Craigiewood hides away in its delightful setting amidst the woods and in it's gorgeous, informal garden just north of Inverness. Breakfast is a joy, the guests' lounge wraps itself around you with an eclectic profusion of pictures, furniture and furnishings, all of this simply reflecting the character of our irrepressible and delightful host, Araminta. There is no better reason for...

Thank you very much for taking the time to post a Review on Tripadvisor. It was a pleasure to meet you both and I hope that you will return to Craigiewood but, the next time, come for two nights and experience more of the joys the Black Isle. With my best wishes.

We stayed at Craigiewood at the end of a fortnight's meander through the Highlands, and we found that we had saved the best until last! Minty was an amazing hostess, effervescent, genuinely interested in all our doings, and full of excellent advice on what time of day to see the dolphins or what we might find at Culloden and Fort...

You say the nicest things! Thank you for taking the time to post a Review and be assured that I loved having you both to stay and cannot wait for you to return to inspect, what I hope will be, the most amazing display of Sweetpeas in 2017!! With my best wishes to you both.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Craigiewood. Minty is such a lovely and helpful person who cooked us delicious breakfast every morning and helped us planning our sightseeing trips throughout the region. The B&B is run with lots of love and passion as well as attention to detail. Thank you Minty for the fabulous time at your place.

We spent 3 nights here and it was a truly relaxing experience. Like home from home we were greeted with a tray of tea and cake to eat by the fire after our long journey. Minty was a wonderful hostess, knowledgeable about the area and therefore giving fantastic recommendations and advice on things to see and do. The accommodation is...

Craigiewood is a very nice, charming, home in a quiet secluded spot not far from Inverness. If going to Inverness, I encourage folks to consider Craigiewood or some other place on the city's outskirts.as Inverness traffic is very congested. there are also some walking paths on the grounds. Keep in mind that the B&B is fairly remote. Make sure to...

Set in beautiful surroundings, a most comfortable place to stay. The touch of old-world homeliness reminded me of my great aunt's house. A total pleasure to be allowed to share the homely comforts.
