Starting with the positives, the breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. Advertising as 'luxury' accommodation was definitely misleading though. The 'double room for single occupancy' was tiny and bathroom (although clean) was minuscule. The toilet seat was broken, there were no mirrors in the bedroom and the bed was really uncomfortable. There was no desk, which was a...

After a 10 hour drive in constant heavy rain I arrived at the Redcliffe ready for a quick pint and a kip. The reception I received was very welcoming and my room, whilst quite old fashioned was very comfortable. I can imagine that the terrace area is really nice in the summer but the weather was dismal at the time...

Food was fine. Service was like something from "Faulty Towers" and overpriced. Took so long too serve us and then asked uf we wanted to take our deserts with us as we had run out of time then came back and said we couldn't but charged us for 2 courses anyway!!!

We stayed here for three nights and had the best time! First off, the hotel is just five minutes' walk from the city centre. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfy – no complaints there at all. When we asked for an iron and an extra set of towels they were brought to us right away...

We were a large group of old friends - the staff were welcoming and we all chose food from the 'early dinner' menu. The 2 or 3 course meals were good value with a varied selection. All the food was beautifully and creatively presented and it was cooked to perfection, the chef did a wonderful job. The 2 waitresses were...

Although en suite was tiny and no bath mat which made floor slippy after shower. very well catered hospitality tray. unable to have breakfast due to time but no alternative offered by staff when I informed them. However on reading the...

First thing first... we were at The Redcliffe for a meal and the food was good. I can't comment on the rooms etc. The big issue, and it was BIG, was that another party was also dining that night - and I mean PARTY! About 15 adults and 20 small kids (running wild in the bar) who had the dining...

Sunday 17th August 2014, 1:25pm The quality of the food could not be faulted although the waitress service and attitude left a lot to be desired! 10 mins to receive our menus, no offer of refreshments until asked, 45 minutes to receive our starters, 1 1/2 hours after arrival we received our main course, we could not wait any longer...

Stayed here for 1 night, would happily stayed another couple. Hotel was very quiet, just a few other couples, so I wasn't disturbed by noise. Roads around hotel are quiet so no traffic noise either. Room is very clean, well equipped. Shower / toilet room is clean and modern, and all works. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Good...

I've stayed here before and it's been fine otherwise I wouldn't go back, but last night, no Wifi ( been like this for a while) according to the Sour faced Lithuanian on the bar, so why bother giving out the password??? The menu in the room which doesn't lock is different from the food available downstairs so you will be...
