We stayed for two nights and couldn't have been made more welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house. there was a good choice at breakfast and it was beautifully cooked. Gillian and Andrew were perfect hosts they did all they could to make you feel at home. They were perfectly happy...

I stayed for two nights and loved it here. The welcome was warm and friends and nothing was too much trouble for Andrew and Gillian. An easy ten minute walk and I was in the heart of the city and following their great advice on where to eat and shop!! Breakfast was hot, plentiful and the tattie scones were fab!...

I stayed here for just one night as part of a cycling group. Andrew was helpful with the bag sand carried them upstairs. We needed a Post Office & were directed to one 100m down the road but this was not a real PO. Perhaps we asked the wrong question. I was very disappointed that porridge was not offered at...

As other reviewers have noted, Gillian and Andrew are wonderful hosts, enormously friendly and welcoming (as are their children). We stayed in a twin room at the back of the 2nd floor. Very clean and comfortable. Gillian made dinner reservations for us at The Mustard Seed on the riverfront, which was a great restaurant. Stayed here just one night due...

Thank you to Gillian and Andrew for a lovely stay at their guest house. I stayed with 5 friends on a touring weekend on motorbikes and was not disappointed. Spotlessly cleaned rooms, lovely food and the whole family greeted us with warmth and kindness. Thoroughly recommended.

We were lucky to have two nights at this lovely B & B with the beautiful family of Andrew, Gillian and their children. After being on the road for a few days it was great to have a two night stay. The house itself is simply beautiful, very tastefully done up and only about a 10 minute walk into the...

Stayed here for a couple of nights while working in the area (a couple of years ago). The house is lovely and the rooms are great. Had a very comfortable sleep. Delicious breakfast as well. Very friendly owners. Judging from the more recent reviews the standards are still as high as ever. Recommended.

My husband, daughter (12) and I stayed a couple of nights during the 2014 Mòd. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room and close to the town centre. The hosts were delightful and could not have made us feel more welcome. They were on hand with lots of local advice. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had booked late as an elderly relative had been taken into Raigmore Hospital and the proprietor was sypathetic and extremely helpful and had even moved guests to fit us in. This topped with an excellent breakfast (the potato scones were especially appreciated by my mother in law) made a potentially...
