Stayed at Kingsmills for 3 nights as part of a golf vacation. We had a Garden Suite which we enjoyed very much. The room was spacious and it was only a short walk to the main complex. We found the daily breakfast to be good with a nice selection of hot and cold foods. We had dinner one night and...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Kingsmills Hotel Inverness for 3 nights. We were exploring the highlands and found Inverness to be a great central point for venturing out into the wilderness. Although this is a big city now we were impressed with the small business and restaurants. The room and all the amenities, very comfortable bed and...

Dear Guest, I am delighted you enjoyed your three night stay at the hotel and discovering Inverness and the Highlands. I apologise your steak was not cooked to your preference. We buy our meat locally and the product is of top quality, however it appears we have not cooked to your preference. This is not our usual high standard. Sorry...

Booked late, so no bargain to be had. Family stay in a deluxe room, for £230. I understood that i was paying way over the odds, the room doesn't warrant this price, but had no choice as the town was busy. Price aside, i'd have no hesitation in staying again. The staff are very professional and i managed to push...

Well I don't know where to start. The kingsmills hotel has a lot of lessons to learn about Afternoon Tea. Today my mother and myself used the voucher she was given as gift. We were disappointed as soon as we were shown to our table on the main thoroughfare of the bar. Just a bar table, no cloth, no nice...

I am dissapointed you left the hotel dissatisfied this is never our intention. I would like to pick up with you in person if possible. Our afternoon teas are served in the hotel main lounge, which is surrounded by the whisky bar, Conservertory a la carte restaurant and the Inglis table d'hote restaurant. The lounge is the hub of the...

I stayed here for a golf weekend with 11 others. We stayed in the new block and the rooms were excellent. Clean, modern and quite spacious for a standard twin room. Shower and bathroom was excellent - ideal after a long day playing golf. We ate in the hotel 1 night, and the food was of a high standard. We...

Fantastic hotel with polite and attentive staff. I had a lovely garden room which was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the city centre and with a relaxing atmosphere. Large selection of food at breakfast and excellent restaurants. I had dinner mainly in the Conservatory which has a great setting....

We had a "garden" room at the hotel, a 2-minute walk from the main building. It was very comfortable with modern fixtures, including what they choose to call a "wet room," which seems to be a shower that shares its floor with the rest of the bathroom and is separated by a glass divider (no shower door). Also new to...

Stayed again last weekend in a lovely classic room. Arrived at hotel at 3pm expecting straightaway check in but had to wait till 4pm. However we had nice big room facing gardens so very quiet. Bit dusty with a child's handprint on the glass door and very bashed lampshade but bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good as always...
