I stayed at the Culloden for two days with my Mum, taking her around Scotland for her birthday. We were greeted warmly, like everywhere in this country. Then we were taken to a garden house, away from the castle, which was a first disappointment, as I was not aware of that. The room was big and comfy, but quite worn....

Dear Swissblitz, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I was delighted to read that you enjoyed our Adam's dining room and that the team looked after you. Having had our maintenance manager check out your room we did find an air lock in the water pipe which seems to have contributed to your wait for hot...

The site is truly amazing, including an extensive beautiful garden. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and determined to make guests comfortable and happy. The hotel is quite frequented with golfers. Not sure a random hotel guest who wasn't interested in golfing would appreciate such, but there are weddings and other events held there. It is a destination. The rooms...

What a lovely property - each room is different because this was a house - in fact it is the house that Bonnie Prince Charlie stayed at... so lots of history here. The staff is absolutely fantastic and make you feel so welcome. Service can't be beat. There is an amazing huge walled garden - so wonderful. I would never...

Beautiful well kept Grand Victorian Lady. If you love old world charm with a gracious staff and fine food and drink stop here. Our kids are college age and enjoyed the fine dining and history of the Culloden House. Plan on arriving early to enjoy the grounds and have a scotch or two from their expansive selection before a lovely...

We've stayed at Culloden house several times now and it never fails to impress, from the impressive view of the Georgian mansion as you arrive at the gated drive, the warm friendly reception from the staff to the beautiful rooms, and the walks around the grounds and the walled garden, it is always a pleasure to stay here. Culloden house could...

What a pleasure it was to stay in a hotel where all the staff treat you like valued guests, the way it used to be. The building reeks of architectural style being a classic Robert Adam's design. The decorative plasterwork in the lounge alone is worth the visit. However, history and design alone do not necessarily make a good hotel....

We were nobodies from Northern California but got the royal treatment too...with a twist! The staff is friendly and helpful and delightful and fun...yes Kyle, we are talking about you.
