Stayed one night in February, business trip, we had 4 single rooms. Hotel has a nice view, rooms are clean and spacious. Service and staff excellent; we felt very welcomed after the bad experience we had had in Fort William. The dinner was delicious but breakfast not quite what we expected. The cheap products didn't leave us a good impression.

Stayed last night, very nice hotel my room was overlooking the street there was a lot of noise at night but it didn't spoil my stay, massive bed & great facilities. Upon check out the blonde lady at reception didn't ask how my stay was or even say thank you when I handed her my key she was very miserable...

This hotel is being refurbished and we got an upgrade to one of the completely renewed rooms on the 1st floor - facing the river. What a lovely room (102) - in contemproary aubergine and grey, large bed, Nespresso-type coffeemaker, kettle also, many complimentary toiletries, walk-in glass rain forest shower with additional shower head. All very comfortable and pleasing.

I booked this hotel on the basis I frequently stay at hotels in the Accor range from IBIS, Nonotel to Mercure and this hotel should not be Mercure branded it is not even up to the standards of an even the IBIS Budget. Hotel hasn't seen must improvement since it was a Jarvis Hotel, booked a room with a riverview...

I have stayed here a few times for business and the rooms are ok, normally nice and clean and a comfy bed so ticks the boxes. This time I had a "privileged" room. Initial impressions were good, room was nice and light, big bed, one thing - was warm, so turned off the radiator and "turned on the AC" and...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for our early valentines day and we had the best stay. We stayed here one night. Staff were pleasant on arrival. Room given was on the 4th floor overlooking the River Ness, which would be the quieter side of the hotel as front is directly on busy street. Room was fairly compact, clean and adequately equipped and bed comfy, but bathroom, which had shower over bath was a bit jaded and in...

I have been to the Mercure in Aberdeen for afternoon tea and really enjoyed it so after seeing an itison voucher for afternoon tea with prosecco at the Inverness Mercure I bought it for my future mother and sister in law for their Christmas. First of all, we did not receive our welcome drink as usual for Platinum members. We had to ask it the day after. Secondly, they provided us with a room for disabled people, which means a lot of faciliteis not adequate for us, like a very low magnifying mirror.
