I stayed here for one night before Etape. I received a very a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I was leaving very early and Sandra left out a great continental breakfast in a fridge so I could help myself to breakfast at 4 a.m. and even allowed me to come back after the event at lunchtime to...

Need a hotel that is handy for the city this one will fit the bill ! 10 mins walk from the bus or train station.Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Also close to eateries in the city just a walk across the river bridge. I had a room with a view of the river always something to see .

I stayed at Fraser House for two nights in August with friends! What a wonderful B&B! I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in beautiful Inverness. Fraser House is a short walk from the centre of Inverness but it's location is quiet enough for a good night's sleep! The rooms were very clean and...

Only a very short trip through Inverness, but made very easy and pleasant by our stay at Fraser House. The bed isn't all that comfortable.. But it's clean and the rooms and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was very tasty and we only asked for continental! They couldn't be more accommodating for our 11 month old as well! High chair and...

What a great find...an excellent B & B. Can't be bettered. Only located this by chance through an online search. Room spotlessly clean with everything I needed. Nice firm mattress and slept well except for the occasional disturbance from late night revellers and early morning seagulls!!! What a fantastic breakfast. Free range eggs and the bacon from the local butcher...

We stayed here for 3 nights in the family room, the double bed was not very comfortable but the rest of the room was great and very clean. The location is very convenient on the quit side of the river but still within short distance of all kinds of pubs, restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable and clean with everything you need in a room. We had a good view of the river in a quiet part of Inverness within easy reach of the town. There was an excellent choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.

On arrival I was concerned about the parking but we were lucky and parked directly opposite. £1 for 2 hours and free 6pm-8am so it cost us £3 as we arrived just after 2pm. We were met by Jenny at 4pm when we checked in and shown to our room. We had the family room which was spacey and had...

The B&B is located near the city centre (10-minute walk) in a quiet residential area. Unfortunately there is no free parking, so you have to park the car on the side of the street (free during the night but not from 8am to 6pm and with a 2-hour limit !!) The room (under the roof) was quiet and clean, with...

I stayed at Fraser House for two nights 25th and 26th May 2016 (Sorry for delay in posting this) on a business trip. I had the single room on the first night which although small is a great little room. I am informed by the host it is often requested and I am not surprised, On the second night I...
