The first thing noticed when driving into Drumossie Park Cottage was their absolutely stunning yard and the scenery around the house was idyllic. Joan was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were very comfortable. The best park was the proximity to the locations I was most interested in, Culloden Moor, Clava Cairns and more. This is a must if you...

Joan is a great hostess and runs a great home which is very welcoming, homey and comfortable. Her breakfasts are a real treat and her wonderful collection of Royal Albert China is fabulous. Our room and bathroom were great and we were very comfortable and Joan was a great help with everything we needed and everthing we asked she was...

My wife and I were amazed by the scenic setting and warm hospitality of Happy and Joan at the Drumossie Park Cottage! The full Scottish breakfast with the eggs & bacon is delicious. I defiantly recommend a stay here if traveling through Inverness into the Highlands.

This couple will do everything to make you feel right at home in their lovely home west of Inverness. Lovely breakfast, lovely yard and a great location away from the noise of Inverness. Near Culloden and other sites. My husband and I sure enjoyed our stay there and hope to go back one day!!!

Joan runs a good show here; we stayed three nights. Her home is wonderfully decorated, her breakfasts are great, and the conversations we had with Joan and her husband Happy were interesting. We do enjoy getting to know our hosts and were not disappointed at all with our stay here. Some previous reviews were less than stellar - our experience...

After reading the Drumossie Park Cottage's website, my friend and I reserved two rooms for four nights in July. The website extolled Joan's cooking, and the breakfast and dinner menus looked wonderful. We thought since the B&B is out of town a few miles, it would be convenient for us to eat dinner there instead of driving into town every...

We began our stay in the Highlands at the Drumossie Park Cottage with Joan and Happy, her husband. He has good reason to be happy - Joan is a charming lady, a fine cook, and an excellent housekeeper. Our lodging was warm and comfortable, the room well equipped with all we'd ever need, and the bed was quite good - this...

My daughter and I stayed two nights while visiting family in Thurso. We were warmly welcomed by Joan and her husband, "Happy". The room was delightful - beautifully decorated in country style and very comfortable. We were very grateful for the block-out blinds as it hardly gets dark at all in the summer. Breakfast was delicious in a room with...
