Rooms reasonable, breakfast good, wifi slower than a slow thing, kept on dropping off , decor could be doing with a revamp, flushing toilets an experience in itself, shower cubicles small & cramped, staff very helpful.

Quite well located, near St Andrews Cathedral, an old fashioned but pretty comfortable bedroom, with a very well made breakfast. The bathroom is just fine and the beds are great. Wi-fi worked well in the bedroom. The owners care's something remarkable!

Stayed here in 2015 and it was not a pleasant experience. The location is decent, but that's probably the best thing about Whin Park. Breakfast was edible, but the warm parts tasted like pre-made frozen food that had just been reheated in the kitchen. A sharp contrast to the many other BnBs I've stayed at in Scotland where the owners...

The Whin Park Guest House is a very nice b&b centrally located in Inverness. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and there was a separate sitting room where you could watch tv. The only complaint is that the internet was not available in the bedroom. I had to go to the sitting room to...

Called to book a room for 1 night, I was told the room was available and asked what time we would be arriving, I replied around midnight as traveling from Lancaster. The man on phone said I'm not saying up that late to check you in. Can't believe that the guest house is thriving that much that they will turn...

We stayed here 2 nights in central Inverness. It features a good location and a good value. The internet worked fine. We were satisfied with our stay. The bathroom could've used updating - the toilet required 2 rapid flushes to work, and the sink water pressure could've been better. The owner/manager seemed cheerful, and transactions went smoothly. Did not get...
