I stayed in the Cedar Villa while in Inverness. A warm welcome, a beautiful comfortable bed. Lovely surroundings, fabulous breakfast and friendly service. I was only sorry that they were booked out and couldn't stay in such great hospitality longer.

This was my first B&B stay and found it a great experience. The owner, Lisa, was lovely and friendly and spent time on the first night giving me an overview of the area and suggesting locations for dinner. I was also quite impressed with the breakfast selection each morning and the location is very central and a quick walk to...

We have returned again to Cedar Vila as it really is a great place to stay in Inverness. Nice central location and of course Frank's Famous Fry Ups that keep you going all day! Comfy, large and clean bedrooms. Lovely traditional guest house and a very warm welcome at this great family-run B&B. Once again, we will be back. Thank...

Although the location was great, and the B&B hosts were friendly enough, we found this place to be dirty and in need of renovation. It was tired looking and our room was not cleaned on a regular basis during our stay. We put a dirty pink colored towel on the bathroom floor to be replaced, and found that someone had...

We spent 8 days traveling through Scotland staying at various B&Bs. The location was great and Frank and Lisa were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were very good each morning. The only negative was that our bathroom needed a lot of renovation. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, the shower needed to be updated (little water pressure, shower door...

We had an excellent stay in this great place. Frank, the owner is a very good chef also, the breakfasts were amazing! The location is great, very close to the city center. The bedroom was very big, cozy and the mattress very confortable! If I go back to Inverness,I will stay there again!

Rude and unfriendly host. We stoped there to see the room. We went upstair with the host to check it.The room wasn't really pretty and the mattress seemed uncomfortable. We told the host, on a friendly tone, that we were going to think about it.On the way to the exit, he said if we come back it's going to be...

Frank and his missus do a splendid job! The B&B is near to the center of town but quiet. It is clean and comfy. They, with the occasional help of an adorable grandchild, serve a great breakfast. They were very helpful and allowed me to leave my bag early when I came to the B&B and then again when I...

So we are visiting the UK on holiday. Needed one night in the Highlands to see Loch Ness. Decided on Cedar Villa after reading a lot of good reviews on trip advisor. Not sure where it got the great reviews from. Arrived late and asked for some advise on where to go. Well the owner told us to go down...
