June is truly a gem of a B&B keeper. The rooms are very cozy and it is an easy walk into town for food and drinks. The best part however is the breakfast! A wee bit of haggis makes this a truly 'scottish' full breakfast....More

This is my 4th time here now and yet again June has been the perfect host. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are amazing. June is so funny and has some wonderful stories. Can't wait to come back.

Wouldn't book anywhere else. June is the perfect host and makes you feel so welcome. Rooms are clean and spacious, great view of the harbour, 5 min walk from town. Breakfast is a must here also. Highly recommended.

Traveling through northern Scotland in the winter, many places are not open. We arrived in Wick fairly late and called to check on availability at the Seaview. June was booked to be full but very kindly offered to call around and find someplace for us....More

the railway station is about 10/15 minute walk, but I do collect my guests off the train or bus when asked..

I don't think it is super far, I think it might be a 20-25 minute walk, but I would email the guesthouse to check for sure.
