Bank guesthouse is very central being on the high street. It is a very friendly place and is spotlessly clean. We stayed in room 7 which has a double bed, single bed and small sofa, but there is still plenty of room. The decor is fresh and modern with colour coordinated furnishings. The en suite is modern and well thought... More

We travelled from Inverness to Wick by train , stunning scenery on the journey and well looked after by Scotrail. Once again Bank Guest House was close to the station and we received a warm welcome from our host. Our room at the top of the house was lovely, roomy, clean and comfortable. Being the old bank the view was... More

We were two couples from Canada staying in Wick for 3 nights. My ancestors lived in Wick for hundreds of years. Not only was Bank Guesthouse a perfect location for us in downtown Wick but this was an excellent B & B. Rooms were a good size, clean, and up-to-date. On top of our very enjoyable stay at the Bank... More

We booked through Hotels and were looking forward to our stay at Bank Guesthouse. We arrived via bus from the Orkney ferry, and had to wait over an hour until the hostess arrived. She hurriedly explained that she had to pick up her kids from school and passed us a map to the suite that was reserved for us: a... More

This place was lovely, from the appointments to the managers to the rooms. Couldn't wish for anything more. Very central. The stairs were a bit of a challenge but worth the effort and help from management. Recommend this o anyone wanting a nice break. From Ryans of Australia

Bank Guest House was a great place to stay - lovely room (4), friendly hosts who made sure our freshly cooked breakfast was on the table at 7.30 a.m sharp so that we could catch the John O'Groats ferry. Sad that we could only stay two nights as all booked up the week we were in Wick. Would definitely stay... More

We stayed in the family room at the front (2nd floor) I think it might have been room 6 but am not sure. It was lovely; tastefully decorated and had everything we needed included wifi. There is no dedicated parking but plenty of communal parking behind and the owners kindly stored my husband's bike inside. It was quiet (apart from... More

We were given a warm welcome a beaming smile, we had a huge room with a huge bed, a great place to stay and we wished we had stayed longer here and less at some other places. The owners were very friendly the breakfast was great the WiFi worked all the time and at a very good speed the shower... More

Easy to find with free parking in the public car park at the rear. Our room was a good size with a quality shower room. Even though it was overlooking the Main Street we were not disturbed by the traffic. However, as with most guesthouse conversions, the soundproofing between rooms could have been better. The hosts were very friendly and... More
