Only stayed 1 night but would gladly have stayed for more. Everyone we spoke to in hotel was friendly and helpful. We arrived slightly earlier than the 3pm check in, but were able to go to our room. Room was adequate size, clean, nice comfy bed and pillows. Our room faced onto

Fabulous location. Friendly staff. Comfy big bed. Crisp clean sheets and lots of pillows. Heating was adjustable and efficient. Some superficial wear and tear but amazing value for $43 a night! Highly recommend!

Room was in poor shape. Ripped carpet. Rotten bathroom. Burn marks on bath. Light fittings falling off of wall. TV had 4 channels 3 of which were unwatchable. Staff didn't care about complaints. Checked out straight away. AVOID.

I had no problems with the hotel. The staff are excellent, just remember it's a privately run hotel, not a big chain. There are a few areas that show wear and tear, but it's a nice place to stay. My best advice, don't always take other people's comments too seriously, experience it for yourself.

They stay open if people are around or if there is an event or sports match on. This place is right in the thick of it so many options if it's closed.
