Excellent location for Hydro/Secc as the hotel is just a 10-15 min walk away. Hudge well appointed room with city view. Nice and quiet when in bedroom. Well organised tasty breakfast with hard working local staff. Payable secure car parking costing £6 a night is across the road.

double room, was very clean and tidy, big room, comfortable bed and considering the location it was very quiet. staff were helpful on check in and the reception area was tidy. unfortunately whilst the hotel stay itself was nice, the restaurant is nothing short of abysmal. there

Best to avoid this place. The decor is tattered. The shower was warm for a few seconds and then tepid. Breakfast was a disaster, weak coffee delivered to table after much delay and the food barely edible.

Dear Guest, We are disappointed you had a poor stay at the Hallmark Hotel Glasgow and we are conscious certain areas are in need of refurbishment but there is no excuse for the shortfalls that you experienced at breakfast. I can certify I have passed your feedback to the relevant departmental managers to ensure improvements are put in place. I do hope we can welcome you back in the future. Spent a couple of days just chilling here with my wife and we both had a great time. Had no problems checking in and staff were friendly throughout our stay. Room was a good size and comfortable enough although could maybe do with a little update, spot of paint here and there.

Hi, As far as I know there is no smoking area inside the hotel but I did see people smoking just outside the main entrance and there is ashtrays at that area.

Cost is seven pounds a night. The car park is in the ground of the old school across from hotel. We are regulars and always park car in car park. You can just park in car park then tell reception when you book in . They will book car in on the system and give you a code to get car in and out. Code changes most days but just ask. Reception really helpful. Hope this helps.

"Lovely and clean "
"Rooms looking out to direction of River are quieter (No river view unless on highest floor)"
"Accessible room was on the 2nd floor opposite the lift & at the back of hotel-very quiet overnight, even with the window open."
"We were in one of the front rooms and although very close to motorway we could not hear any traffic."
"Ask for a room on a high floor, possibly an executive room. These are more spacious and have large sitting areas."
