Although we just stayed for 1 night we had a great sleep in a clean comfortable room with a stunning view overlooking the Clyde. When checking in we asked to be moved to a room with a view of the river and although there was a small charge for upgrade definitely worth it. Friendly staff and a great terrace where...

The way I feel about this hotel will make you suspect that I am the manager, or that I have shares in the company, so I will start with my only (tiny) criticism. Garden Inn? GARDEN? There is not a daffodil or even a blade of grass anywhere . Now my review:- The service is professionally immaculate. When we discovered...

Dear Hamble Thank you for such a positive review. To give you a bit of logic behind the name, ‘Garden Inn’ is to represent the warm and friendly service we aim to deliver – hopefully we achieved this during your stay. Kind Regards, Brian

We stayed here over night on the 2nd of April. Room very small passing places only if requiring to go to the wardrobe or shower room, twin room two people, only one computer chair so second person had to sit on the bed, when I asked about this I was told it was stranded for all their hotels, I was...

Dear Patricia B Thank you for your review. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. When we refurbished our rooms we increased the size of the twin beds to provide additional comfort when sleeping. A hot plate is now provided at breakfast, we continually refresh our buffet and also serve plated breakfasts from the kitchen if guests prefer....

After having read the reviews we chose this property over and above other Hilton properties. The motto of Hilton being child friendly has always been in our mind. So during our trip to UK we chose all Hilton properties during our stay. However, for some reason the staffs at Hilton properties in Scotland were, no where near the standards of...

Dear abhijitsengupta Thank you for your review. As discussed with you at the time I am sorry that the procedure was not explained on arrival that unless a credit card authorisation is taken we are unable to charge additional items onto your room. This is a policy that is consistently adhered to and being asked to pay had no racial...

The overall experience staying in this hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful & courteous. The room was very well appointed & the food both at Breakfast & the evening meal was excellent. The hotel is very handy for both the Secc & the Hydro.

Stayed here on a busy Saturday night. Staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was to a good standard but on the small side. Drinks at the bar very expensive, for a large wine and a Morgan's and coke we were charged £13.50. Staff friendly but very busy at breakfast. I would have liked to order from...

I had booked a twin room and requested a room on the river side if possible. Nothing was mentioned at check in and when we went up to our room it was a double and not on the river side. We accepted this because it was only for one night. The bed was so hard but worse was to come...

Lovely room. Very clean and spacious with Apple TV. Great location for the Hydro. The restaurant was great. Lovely staff and the food was excellent. I had the duck which was awesome. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. No faults at all. Will certainly stay here again and will recommend to my family and friends.
