Warm greeting from the staff on reception, advising us friends staying had arrived. Tried to get us a room near them and very apologetic when couldn't do this. Not an issue for us. We had made a dinner reservation prior to arrival which was confirmed at time of checking in. Room was clean and well presented. Had to speak to...

Booked a queen room only to find a small double (room 220). When queried with reception they advised it was an American queen, not the case as American queens are the size of our King beds. Room was clean but carpet badly stained. Breakfast choice was good but food was lukewarm. Overall very disappointed with this hotel it was quite...

Nothing wrong with this hotel but nothing special. Don't expect Hilton luxury. The staff were very nice and professional. We stayed on the Hilton Honours floor which meant we got free breakfast, water and some peanuts; also a free drink each. The room was very small but clean, warm and had everything you needed. There was a shower, no bath....

Excellent hotel, and feels more expensive than it actually is. Room quality much higher than "similar" hotels I have used in the UK and Europe, and standards, (but obviously not rooms/hotel facilities), compare with my experiences staying in Hilton executive rooms/suites in the Far East. Food was top notch, both breakfast and dinner, and good value, (£54 for an excellent...

Staff in the restaurant seemed to loose interest after I'd been served my main course and after siting for some time I decided to leave but then had to wait approx 10 mins until I found someone so that I could sign my bill. Breakfast was disgusting, cold plates, Luke warm food and most of the serving dishes empty. Receptionist...

Bedroom was cold and insufficient warm bedding . Breakfast was just awful , not the usual I have experienced in other Hilton Hotels. The choice was inadequate and relied on individuals being prepared to fill up with high sugar products such as waffles and pastries . I had to ask for fresh fruit since none was availalbe . Absolute confusion...

Great location for the Hydro, just a minutes walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful. However rather basic hotel more like a Travelodge than a Hilton. Small basic rooms and bulk standard furnishings. Clean and comfortable but not much more.

If you are attending an event at the hydro or SECC then this is the hotel to stay at. We stayed here as we were attending the Still Game Live 2 event. The venues are a 2 minute walk away. Car parking facilities are good. The room we had was a clean and tidy, however it was located next to...
