We stayed here whilst out in town. The hotel is perfect for glasgows main attractions. It was the fastest checkin I've ever had, the room was very comfortable and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. All followed by probably the fastest checkout I've ever had. All good and recommended. Thank you

We originaly booked through a third party who let us down badly. Got in touch with the hotel and they were amazing. They did not have to do anything but they solved our issue. It was my sons 18th birthday and this is his favourite hotel. Check in was fast, upon entering our room we had a tray with Happy... More

Lovely clean hotel with cheap parking (£5) compared to some charging £22 a night !! Quite a long walk into city centre although ideal location to jump on to major motorways . Lovely hot clean shower and cosy bed . Building site opposite but no noise all quiet. !

All staff are lovely, well informed and always on hand when requesting for taxis or information, the room was pleasant and the wifi service was amazing since I didn't lose signal once in the hotel. The only down side to our stay was the view. We had a room directly over the construction site which was a bit disheartening considering... More

We chose this hotel due to it's location to the SECC. Was barely 5 minutes walk to the venue. We had a twin room, which overlooked the Clyde. We ate in the hotel and had the buffet breakfast in the hotel. Also used the business centre to print out (flight) boarding passes. What we like was being able to open... More

Stayed here as we were attending a concert nearby in the Clyde Auditorium. Very convenient for that. On going up to our rooms (4th floor), my friend quickly found that she had been allocated a room with guest already in situ. Very embarrassing. The reception staff did apologise and upgraded her but also told her that they'd been having problems... More

Any one of the following may have been acceptable, but all of them together add up to a very poor stay. On arrival, the machine that activates the key card was broken and we were to be shown up to our room by the receptionist. However, it then started working. In the bar in the evening there was a huge... More

Excellent location, views and lovely staff make up for its shortcomings. Across the street from SECC, science centre, amphitheatre and SSE Hydro and overlooking the river Clyde, this is a beautifully located hotel! Staff are wonderful! I could just go on and on about the staff! Breakfast is quite pleasant too with views on the river too. The downside however... More

Recently stayed at this hotel, check in was very quick and efficient, the room was spacious and had all the amenities you would require. The staff are very polite and efficient, I did not have an evening meal but the menu looked very tempting, prices looked extremely reasonable. The hotel location is ideal for visiting the Hydro or the exhibition... More

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We were on the 5th floor which was for Hilton Honours members and also had a room at the back which had a great view of the Clyde and the bridge going over it. Breakfast included prosecco which was a lovely surprise! All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I... More
