If you're looking for a hotel in Glasgow with the friendliest staff, the cleanest of halls, the nicest of guests and the greatest of rooms for the money spent, I cannot recommend anything less than the Charing Cross Premier Inn. The check in took only a few moments and I was helped by the lovely staff who were even polite...

I stayed there for a night and it was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is good and my room had a holy bible but no towels 😂 anyway is in a good location. and for a good price. I went for a concert in the hydro and is very close but also close to the theater and other places for...

Great location. Easy walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. Lots of eateries within walking distance and two excellent pubs - The Griffin and The State - only 5 minutes walk away if you fancy a change from the hotel bar. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Bag storage available even after checking-out. Would definitely stay...

great location and good value for money. Car park is ideal and not too pricey. Within great walking distance to the shops and pubs. Room was very clean and the staff friendly, didnt use the restaurant on our trip.

Very reasonable hotel within a great location for city centre. It is within easy walking distance of theatres, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but worth it for the buffet breakfast alone!

I've stayed in many, many, many premier inns, this is the only one I've ever been to where I've got something bad to say! It's SO outdated. Old, cold, a little bit smelly! Just needs redoing completely! There's also nowhere near enough staff/ check in desks! We queued for at least 30 mins waiting to check in and the staff...

Terry and I stayed here for a couple of nights when we popped up to Glasgow to visit my daughter. Premier Inns have become our default hotel choice these days and this one certainly did not disappoint. We were accommodated in a corner room which was quite splendid. Lots of room to move around in and very comfy. No automated...

The room I had was old and long over due a referb. I stay in a lot of PI's and this is one of the worse. The bathroom was dirty and the walls stained. The breakfast area was sole less. Not a great stay. I was on the 6th floor

Hi Robert It's a shame to hear your were disappointed with the standard of our hotel. We do try our best to maintain a high standard across all of our hotels, so I do apologise the decor didn't live up to our usual quality. Although we don't have a refurbishment scheduled for the near future, it sounds like this may...

We stayed here for a couple of days and had a lovely time. The hotel is in a good location for many attractions including The Hydro and The Kings Theatre. Although not so good if you want to go shopping in the centre of town as it is a bit more of a walk. The staff are lovely and very...
