I stayed here as accommodation for a concert I was seeing at the Hydro, but the staff were still warm and welcoming when we arrived late at night. There were 3 of us staying so we got 2 double beds and the room price worked out very cheaply. The room itself was very big and comfortable. I have stayed in...

Stayed here in the mid 90s and was disappointed on how shabby it was. Carpets were worn and bedding was old as were the mattresses. I see from current reviews that it hasn't improved any. My wife says never again! Lots of noise and rough dining area.

Warmly welcomed by staff, reception is smart and clean. Thats were it ends. Turning the corner to go to our room we were greeted by very run down decor and stained carpets, nohing like how it looked on the photos. Our room itself is in dire need of a makeover. Old and worn duvet covers, badly fitting sheets and a...

The room badly needs updated, and looks nothing like the pictures. There were several things we felt could have been done a lot better. The first was the way breakfast was run, we walked into an empty room and took a seat. We were eventually greeted by a waiter and asked if we would like breakfast which we said yes...

This was a really nice place to stay. The lady that was on reception when we arrived was lovely and very friendly. Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The guest house was very easy to get to and close to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The only downside was the shower, my friend is 5ft...

Great location. (Wasn't mad on walking up the hill but what can you do) Within walking distance of main shopping area with endless bars and restaurants to choose from. Booked a triple room and we had a room With 3 singles, a double and a big bathroom, big tv with lots of channels and tea and coffee facilities. It seems...

Nice surprise to find clean room, warm and comfortable. It is a little shabby and in need of a dace lift but perfectly adequate. Only complaint was the breakfast, it could have been a little bigger - but minor complaint

I stayed hete with my Mum for 2 nights whilst we were in Glasgow to watch the gymnastics. This property is around a 20 minute walk (with luggage) from the bus station so very handy to get to or from the airport. The lady on reception each night (possibly the owner) was very helpful. She arranged for us to have...
