"-" we got room lower then the ground floor, facing wall and dirt (real garbage under the window), specific unpleasant smell from the window, very old and used furniture, see the photos, plastic glass in the bathroom, suppose for toothbrushes... sound of dropping water behind the wall, staff couldn't explain or do anything about it. we were shown another room after...

Chosen for location, which was fine apart from road noise. Rather dated but very adequate room. Helpful staff.Breakfast OK but not special. However, note that the stairs are steep and long, with no lift. About 8 car parking places; we were fortunate in getting one every evening. We were less fortunate in coinciding with a group keen on slamming doors...

Clean but very dated. The 3 parking spaces had gone before we arrived but we were advised that we could park on the one side of the street which did not need a resident permit. I don't think the hotel should come up on a search for 'Glasgow Hotel with parking'. The location was the best thing about the hotel....

Stayed here for the location, which cannot be beaten. The room (7) was a good size, but it was tired in need of a spruce. Breakfast was fine, had better but no complaints. Car park for about 6 cars at the rear.

This hotel is in a great location near the University of Glasgow, pubs and restaurants. The staff was very nice, the rooms very clean and the full traditional Scottish breakfast very filling. Would stay there again.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the University - it is very well located for the West End and is between two subway stops so easy to get to using public transport. It is actually on a small terrace above the main road, so there is a fairly steep side-road to reach it, and as the internal staircase...

It was my first time in Glasgow and Heritage Hotel met all my requirements. Hotel staff was very positive and nice, room was in beautiful old style but very clean and comfortable. It's close to the shops, pubs/restaurants and amazing park.

Huge room with tall ceilings, very clean, quiet and comfortable; slightly let down by a shower that I found awkward to use, but a minor point. Friendly, very helpful reception. Didn't have time to stay for breakfast.

Stayed for one night in the Heritage Hotel and was very pleased with this hotel. Yes, it's a 3 star hotel and you do get what you pay for. However, it was spotlessly clean although a little dated. Very quiet hotel. Staircase very steep so wouldn't suit someone with limited mobility. Our room was at the front and there was...
