Stayed here for two nights in April, the hotel is well located, easy to get to from the motorway and with easy, cheap parking (£8 on exit regardless of length of stay but there are a limited no. of spaces c.18 and you can't reserve). Decent sized room with a separate bathroom and toilet (fairly essential as there were two...

Just had one of the best hotel experiences in a long time at the Novotel. Booked a normal room but unknown to me my wife called to check the arrangements as we were travelling with our dogs. In the course of the conversation our reason for the trip was my birthday. When we arrived our room was upgraded to executive...

I needed to find a hotel to spend easter break with my family with good service, good rooms, a good location and a fair price. This hotel has positively surprised me, because I was used to the big hotel companies. I will definetly come back to this hotel with my family, because of the access to great and comfortable rooms,...

A lovely stay at Novotel. Attended a concert at Hydro and found our way back to the hotel easily. Around a 20 minute walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, beds comfy and kid friendly. Would definitely stay again!

I have used this hotel for business on a number of occasions. I previously criticised the poor lighting in the bedrooms which made working difficult. This appears to have been rectified. On the downside, the choice of room service items has been severely cut. Cooked breakfast buffet not brilliant but good poached eggs available on request. Friendly staff.

Really delighted with our choice of hotel. Parking available. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, cinema, concerts etc. We only had breakfast so I can't write about the restaurant food, though the menu displayed in the lift was appealing. Apropos lifts ... very slow - this was probably the only bad thing about our stay,...

We stayed here recently for a few nights and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is in a good location just a ten minute walk to the centre of Glasgow and only two blocks to the nearest sightseeing bus stop. There are also restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also well...

Good location for the business district. Comfortable rooms (if a bit warm). Staff are absolutely lovely, from check in through to restaurant and bars and the lovely cleaner I met in the lift. Very comfortable bed. Good price. Will definitely stay again.

Positives- Friendly Staff, Very Welcoming and Helpful, Main Reception layout is good, Easy access to rooms via 2 Lifts, Bar/Restaurant layout done well, Negatives- Toilet detached from main bathroom as had to go to main bathroom to wash hands, Should maybe install hand sanitiser pumps into toilet, Window took several attempts to close. Overall good experience, Would stay again.

This is a good value hotel. Clean well appointed and with very friendly helpful staff. Check in and out is a breeze if you use online facility. Good evening meal and great breakfast. Music too noisy in bar restaurant
