Stayed here for the rugby. Wales v Scotland. Service. Food. Cleanliness..everything was fantastic.. absolutely wonderful hotel. Close to town. Lot's of places to eat.well done Hilton....:-) The rooms were spacious. Not sure about having to use the key card in lifts as my friends card stopped working and she couldn't get to her floor. Drinks in bar were very expensive...

Excellent Queen room. Staff very helpful. Swimming pool nice but a bit small. Very convenient for our meeting at the Renfield St Stephens Church Centre. Given excellent value vouchers for dinner - and also for breakfast.

Top marks all round - staff helpful, facilities excellent and central location in top city of Glasgow. Even the weather was nice ! internet was a little temperamental at times. Underground car park was clean and tidy and well lit. Warm feel and welcoming atmosphere. looking forward to next stay.

great hotel in a great location. The Scottish breakfast are really good especially the haggis and black pudding. A short walk to the town centre. If walking at night by yourself I would recommend leaving and returning to the hotel via the stairs across the road from the hotel on to St Vincent Street. The back way via Bishops Lane...

I was delighted to find that the hotel had a room for me when I arrived from the US at 9 a.m. I had requested early check-in, but that doesn't always work. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room, while on the small side, was spotless and well-laid out.

Stayed on sat night, got an upgrade to the exec rooms and the lounge which was nice. Means you get free tea/coffee and cake in the afternoon and drinks between 6-8 in the evening. Room itself was nice, quite spacious, we were on the 19th floor the view was as good as it gets for glasgow's skyline! Bed was comfy,...

I've been staying here for near on 20 years. It states 5 star but only a 4 from me. I'm lucky enough to get upgrades with Hilton honours....but I wouldn't pay the prices. It's a centrally located hotel...5 minutes walk to the main train station. Staff are generally ok...but in my opinion could be better. The bar area stroke foyer...is...

The rooms are fab and so luxurious. We also had a fantastic breakfast. We had a few issues but the customer service team helped us and made me feel very satisfied to return. Loved the use of spa facilities (although a little dated, could do with a refurb) and also loved the 12 o'clock check out. Little things like that...

We had another lovely stay here in a club room. We took a corner room on floor 18 which was well laid out and slightly larger than a standard club. Room was well appointed with a decent view over Glasgow but I'm not a lover of the toiletries, I just don't think they are as good as they say. Access...

We have stayed at this hotel frequently in recent years and it's consistently good. Reception desk team are welcoming and friendly. My Hilton Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade and access to Executive Lounge. If I could change one thing it would be the underground car park. We always fly into Glasgow and have a hire car, and...
