We had a room on the 14th floor with a great view across the city. Large comfortable room with everything you could need, HUGE bed! Only small cripe is the room in the shower, the disabled handrail is very close to the shower so doesn't give a lot of room. We attended a large event in the Argyll suite and...

Stayed here in April 17 for two nights for work. Although the hotel is a little out of the city centre, it's only about £5 in a cab, or a 30 min walk to the West End (worth a visit) Staff were nice, room was excellent and overall I was quite impressed. The spa needs a refurb, but the pool...

Stayed here for 4 days while attending a conference. In terms of location, the hotel was perfect as it is part of the conference centre. The room was a bit small and had unnecessary pieces of furniture which made it crowded. The luggage rack was in front of the fridge so if you wanted to use it, you couldn't use...

Booked the Crown Plaza for a concert at the Hydro as next door to each other. Really easy to find with Sat Nav with stunning views of the River Clyde! Lots of parking available - although not free (£6 per day). Reception was bright, clean and checkin straight forward. Room was clean, modern, and with everything you'd expect of a...

Stayed here after seeing Mrs Browns Boys, felt it had been a bit "tired" previously but booked for location. Welll, absolutely no complaints, service at reception, fab,(given choice of room!!!!)restaurant fab, we both had ribeye steak, cooked to perfection and breakfast is the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Keep up the good work!,

Had a great weekend at the Crown Plaza, when we went to a concert at the Hydro. The hotel served good food and is so handy for the SECC- right next-door. It is also within 15 minutes walking distance to Glasgow city centre.

Stayed here on Tuesday night with my husband and friends when attending a Richard Ashcroft gig at the hydro (you can go between the hotel and SECC under cover). We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style. The choice and quality of food was excellent. At dinner and breakfast there is a chef in...

We booked this hotel early April as we were seeing a Mrs. Brown Boys show at the SSE Hydro. So convenient with a 8 min walk to the event. Rooms were very comfortable and the parking fee was very reasonable at 5 pounds per night. We had a nice view of the river and the room was very quiet. We...

I stayed here with my daughter following a show at the hydro, it was bliss having a 5 minute walk to our hotel (and bed!) rather than an hours train trip home! Our room was huge with 2 double beds, really clean and no sign of any wear and tear. Our room overlooked the river which was a nice feature....
