Stayed for one night in a family room (No7) which was the best size and layout we've ever had. Beautifully detailed coving and ceiling roses which features throughout the hotel give it a grand feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Josh on nights. Very good breakfast which catered for everyone (we had 2 children and a vegetarian...

Stayed in this hotel one night in May 2017 while I was visiting Glasgow for a meeting. The room given to me was a large living room converted into a room. The toilet was dysfunctional and the receptionist fixed it saying it should work fine. He was so confident and didn't even consider my request for a different room. It...

Dear Guest, It was unfortunate the toilet stopped functioning during your stay. Josh did fix the problem that evening but the issue presented itself again in the morning. We can only apologise for the dysfunctional toilet but we did everything we could at the time. It was not possible for you to move rooms on a night we were fully...

So thankful we decided to stay the night here our room was beautiful with view across the road to the botanical garden through huge windows. Highly recommended. Very close to nice range of eating places. Parking outside was full but we only had to go around the corner & found plenty of spaces to park.

My boyfriend and I had an extremely long 24 hours with flights and layovers. When we arrived to the hotel, they were kind enough to check us in a few minutes early. We also mentioned that my boyfriend had left his jacket in London and the receptionist gave us a couple of maps and locations as to where to get...

We were greeted cheerfully by Joshua at the Belhaven on our first stop in Scotland for a 2 night stay in the beautifully charming property. We were surprised by the beautiful huge room on the top floor and glad we downsized our luggage to get up the 70 stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful, easy access to transportation into town, we...

We loved the hotel - we had the family suite on the bottom floor - plenty of room for two adults, 12 year old and a lanky 18 year old - two comfy double beds- clean , hot shower room and free tablet on the pillow on arrival - highly recommended - only minor issue we thought the breakfast was...

The Belhaven Hotel is very good value. Good sized room with the usual en-suite bathroom, tea / coffee making facilities, TV with freeview, and free WiFi. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of cooked breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and efficient and were there to let us in we arrived back from our function quite late. Just 10 minutes’...

booked a single room in this charming hotel, not the most luxurious however excellent value. The bed was a large single bed, very comfortable. The room I got was in the basement, small, with an ensuite bathroom. The hotel is in a very good location - the west end is so charming, close to the Botanic Gardens, Òran Mòr, Byres...
