Yes I saw quite a lot of tables set up for afternoon tea. The food looked good and plenty of choice but as I never had afternoon tea I can't really say much more. Best to check timings direct with the hotel.

There is bound to be gyms nearby and I suspect the hotel may have reciprocal arrangements. I suggest an email to the hotel directly asking that question. If you're a runner, and don't mind pounding the pavements, you are in an ideal location to see some fabulous Glasgow architecture as you run!
