Fantastic service from Chuck working on the door and another man behind the front desk could not have been more welcoming and helpful will definitely return. Went over and above to make us comfortable when in for a drink with friends after Christmas shopping.
Lovely building and really handy location right by Central Station. Arrived at 11pm after a long day and was shown to room 114. Huge room with one huge (for me) snag. It looks direcectly over the station concourse and you can hear the station announcements...More
Had the pleasure of attending conference at this hotel and wow what an amazing hotel in the centre of Glasgow. With Echoes back to its heritage as a railway hotel it's right in the 21st century with its opulence and dining. The food at lunchtime...More
I had enjoyed a theatre and overnight break with my daughter and she had booked this to finish off our time together. The service was excellent and we had a really good time.
I was pleased with the upgrade to the champagne bar.
First time we have stayed here but probably will make it our hotel in the future. We come to Glasgow every year for christmas shopping and a well earned break.

It's on Floor 2, which I think is mainly suites (2 rooms that have been renovated into a nice 2-room suite.) My husband spent a morning there on his own computer as the wifi was a little more powerful than in our room and there was a printer and a few office supplies. If you hit it early enough in the morning, there's a nice selection of hot coffees and water hot enough to make a nice cup of tea. (That was big for me, as I don't drink coffee.) They also put out a nice tired tray with small pastries and biscuits in the morning--but you've got to hit it before everyone else, as it didn't seem to be replenished once it was gone. However, it wasn't open during a Saturday event on the floor below or on Sunday.
