I booked here last minute as I was getting a train the next morning and decided that this would be a good place since it was right on the station concourse . My room was large and although it overlooked the concourse I didn't notice any sound from outside . I asked for extra milk and I was given a...

I stayed here for one night from 26th-27th March, the hotel is lovely, I was hoping to be overlooking the station concourse but I was at the other side looking over Hope Street, room 407, I would certainly stay again & is perfect for the station with an exit directly onto the concourse, thank you for a lovely stay.

Been staying here 3 or 4 times a year since it re- opened. It has really let itself go and in desperate need of re-furbishment and whilst awaiting that, a deep clean. From every aspect, from reception area, to room, to bar and restaurant it is grubby and generally employs a low grade of staff. Don't misunderstand me, everyone was...

Came here on the 25th March to celebrate mothers day and my son's 10th birthday. Booked the family room with large double bed and sofa bed for the kids. On arrival I was asked by the receptionist if I wanted the bed made up (obviously or my sons would be sleeping on the floor) She said it would be done...

Firstly the hotel is quite impressive in size & decor. We booked the junior suite & were very disappointed in the lack of service for a suite. The fridge was empty & there were no mini bar items at all, we even had to go out to get bottles of water. I've stayed in travelodges that provide water!!!. We ate...

Stayed with a few friends after seeing a gig in Glasgow. The room was lovely, apart from finding an under garment in the room from a previous guest - it clearly wasnt mine....we called to reception to complain and Colm the night manager dealt with it promptly, Andy, who came up to remove the garment, and presented a complimentary bottle...

located above Central station this hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. Right in the middle of everything you would need. The room was big, beds comfy, shower fantastic. Tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers and irons iin the rooms too. Add to all this the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the décor of this place too.

Stayed in Room 503, absolutely wonderful, spotlessly clean, loads of space, nice toiletries, soft towels and bathrobe, Tea and Coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Reception staff were very friendly, nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was first class, excellent quality produce, staff were efficient and friendly. Old worldly atmosphere about the place, but very clean. Excellently located for...

Grew up in Glasgow and always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel, up from London so took the chance. The room was great, large and well fitted as was the bathroom. Looked out over the roof of the station, not so good but did not mind. The room service cooked breakfast was very poor, meagre with soggy toast and...
