The room was huge. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. The most important thing was the welcome. So very friendly and helpful. Parking is a nightmare but I would definitely stay there again. Lovely experience.

Great location for hydro, 10 minute walk.
Decor needs updated but clean and tidy. Clean towels.
Staff(tracey) very friendly and welcoming.

I am looking at staying at your hotel on 14/6/16 for one night. I have a small mobility scooter, and wonder if you have a ground floor room to accommodate me? The scooter can be split in to 4 pieces, which I would appreciate some help with, so it is manageable.
