On June 25, 2016, we called this establishment and booked two rooms for Monday, June 27th. We were told the rooms would cost 52.00 pounds and 72.00 pounds respectively. We gave them our credit card number to establish the reservation. When we arrived on Monday, the 27th and attempted to check in we were informed that the cost of the...

I was extremely disappointed with this bandb, I found them unreliable and not of a professional reputation. These are my reasons: I booked via booking.com at least two months (July-August) before my travel time in October for a work conference. I noticed about a month (in September), that I had to share a bathroom and toilet. I didn't like the...

Agreed a price with a gentleman on reception to stay a set amount of nights each week for £114, not a great price, but not bad. I was planning on coming back every week for 6 months at the least and had it been favourable, I would of recommended it to colleagues who may have done the same. Came back...

Unchanged bed sheets. Poor staff. Disgraceful bathrooms. Abysmal customer service, once they have your money they don't care. Carpets smelled of stale alcohol vomit. WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL <~~~ TAKE NOTE!!

My Family and I stayed a night in this lovely Alba Lodge. There were 3 of us and we got a room at the top floor with ensuite 2 double beds. It was very spacious and comfortable. On the way up, I noticed the shared bathrooms and toilets which looked clean. The location was fantastic too. Breakfast was normal with...

I'm not too sure why some people have rated this place so bad, it's totally fine! The rooms are a bit dated but it was perfect for us for a one night stay! The staff where really friendly and made us feel like nothing would be too much trouble. Nice wee breakfast in the morning to set us up for...

We needed last minute accommodation in Glasgow. All hotels were full. We were quite desperate. Last free commercial hotels were very expensive, not good for us, poor students. But than we found it, Alba Lodge, very kind stuff, clean and tidy room. And perfect breakfast included in good price. I recommend.

A nice wee place to stay - especially just for one night. I'm not usually a fan of staying in B&B's because of the shared bathrooms etc but this one was well located and was given an ensuite free of charge. The reception staff were friendly and gave me some nice chat before checking in - always a plus!
