Beautiful and the host John is great. The shower head in the apartment needs an update. Would def stay here again. The bedrooms in the guest house are beautiful. Staff go above and beyond. The breakfast is amazing...huge.

Attended a family wedding and stayed 2 nights here, amazing host, great breakfast, fab facilities and a perfect location! Easy off the motorway for driving, so handy for a quick train ride into the City and lovely and quiet at the end of a busy day! Thoroughly recommend this place and John is an amazing host! XXXXX

This is a real gem of a bed and breakfast. One train stop from main Glasgow station. Large house with period features. Beautifully presented and owned by John. Need a longer stay to fully appreciate this fab city. Fruit plate for breakfast was a work of art. X

Attending SSEHydro for popular concert so top brand hotel prices were ridiculous (£150+) . Found this little gem which was only £69 B&B for two yet only £5 taxi fare to venue. Breakfast was spot on. My only complaint, (only a woman would have), there was no hairdryer in room

Having stayed at this Guest house for many years when visiting Glasgow it still has that magical feel. The welcome from John is always genuine and there is nothing that is too much trouble for him. Its in a great part of Glasgow with two massive parks on its doorstep, easy motorway connections, bus stop at the door and train...

The owner very friendly. The place warm and cosy. Breakfast delicious - you can choose from several tasty dishes - I went with full Scottish, served with unlimited tea/coffee! Bed soft and the lounge a great place to relax. Parking right at the door. Fantastic location while also peaceful and quiet

In preparation for visiting Scotland for the first time I did a lot of research about where to stay. I am extremely picky and I read every review. The one negative review was not a concern since I can easily understand the issue and it was obviously nothing the Guest House had done wrong. This place far exceeded our expectations....

I spent 6 wonderful days at the GGH in mid-February, John and his staff were incredibly accomodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and my room was comfy and meticulously clean. The public rooms were inviting and well appointed. The ScotRail train station is a 5 minute walk through a lovely area and larea parks are beautiful to walk...
