We stayed at the hotel with a group of friends. Two of the rooms had the great proportions whereas the third room was only a box size and was priced only marginally less than our frontal aspect big rooms with the bay windows. When our friends approached the font desk and addressed the manager on duty, named Fraser, with their...

Fantastic location, central for everything. Breakfast was very good and staff attentive. We were given room 10 which was a twin, to say this was small would be kind. Once we got the golf clubs into the room we needed a shoehorn to walk around. Friends were given room 14 which was huge, at checkout we were charged the same...

The hotel is well located, but since this is a small town, all hotels are well located. It has no elevator so if you have luggage it is a bit difficult especially since little help is offered. The rooms are too hot. The matress should be changed, it is too soft and very uncomfortable. Wifi is really bad. The reception...

It doesn't have a lift (a cautionary note if you have lots of luggage) but this is a cute, clean, and well-located B&B. Our room was small (two twin beds) but adequate to our needs, and with a fresh modern/casual decor. The hotel offers free wifi and parking. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast (included) the following morning was...

My boyfriend bought me a trip to St. Andrew's as a birthday present. We stayed in this hotel from Saturday-Monday and had a fabulous time. The room that we had was spacious, the bed was very comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and the room was extremely clean on arrival. Our room was cleaned daily which we didn't expect for such...

Well, ok, it it is not a luxury hotel, rooms are small.BUT, the satff is super friendly, the location very central and the Scottish breakfast delicious (beds are very comfy too and double windows isolate you well from the seagulls' noise in the morning :-)) Wifi works well downstairs but it is much weaker in the bedrooms.

We stayed three nights. we were lucky that there is a public parking lot next door and occasionally there is space available. the rooms were nice enough. our second room was exceptional (separate sitting room) but the first room was blisteringly hot. The hot rooms we had were 10 & 11. the much better rooms we moved to 1 &...

Stayed here on a recent road trip with family. Quaint hotel located within walking distance of the old course at St. Andrews and many of the other sights. Our evening meal was included in our room (as was breakfast) and I have to say the food was amazing! Well presented, hot when it arrived at the table and the service...

I was there for dinner as a non-resident as a result of a voucher deal. The food was very good, the cost reasonable for the quality and I found the staff very helpful. The situation is central. I would certainly recommend this establishment.

A really good hotel for a short break in St Andrews the staff and the rooms were very good, the only thing was parking as it it on street or in a small car park along the road a bit but well worth a visit here. There is free wifi in the hotel also the breakfast was very good.
